Terms of Service

Last updated: 9 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Ironroad, a gamified workout-tracking app. By using the app you agree to them. Questions: ironroadfit@gmail.com.

Your account

An account is optional: Ironroad works on your phone without one, and your workouts are kept on the device. Creating an account is what backs them up, syncs them between your devices and enables the friends feed. You can create one with an email address and password, or with Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your region) to use Ironroad.

Subscriptions & payment

Ironroad Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Any free-trial period, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to it, and no uploading of unlawful or infringing content.

Your content

You keep ownership of the workouts and other content you create. You grant us the limited right to store and process it to operate the app (including syncing it to your account and showing your activity to friends you connect with).

Health disclaimer

Ironroad is a tracking and motivation tool, not medical advice. Consult a professional before starting any exercise program. You exercise at your own risk.

Termination & deletion

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
